What is Thrayee all about?

Thrayee is a maximalist jewellery brandl rooted in heritage. We reimagine India’s cultural motifs through a contemporary lens — creating brass and gold-plated pieces that feel timeless yet bold. Every design is a bridge between the past and the present, crafted for women who love pieces that tell a story.

What materials do you use?

Our jewellery is made from high-quality brass with gold plating, designed to offer a luxurious finish at an accessible price. Each piece is handcrafted in small batches, so slight variations may occur — and that’s what makes every piece unique.

Where are you based?

We are based in Mumbai, India.

Order

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your chosen piece to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation once payment is successful.

Why do you not offer EMI or COD?

We currently only offer pre-paid orders and are in the process of setting up COD and EMI options. They’ll be introduced soon!

Shipping

Do you ship across India?

Yes! We currently ship across India.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently ship only within India.

When will my order reach me?

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days and delivered within 7–10 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

We’re a small independent brand and, honestly, we cannot afford to offer returns at this stage. Each piece is handcrafted with immense care, and we hope you’ll understand this limitation.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We completely understand how disappointing that can be — and if a product arrives damaged, it’s a sheer waste. That’s why we do offer exchanges for store credit, provided the damage is verified.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Report the issue:
    Email us at info@thrayee.in within 24 hours of receiving your order, attaching:
  • A clear video and photos of the damaged product
  • The original unboxing video
  1. Review & approval:
    Our team will review your request and share an update within 3 working days of receiving your email.

  2. Send the product:
    Once approved, you’ll need to courier the product to the address shared by our team via email. (Note: We currently don’t have a return pickup facility, so the courier needs to be arranged by you.)

  3. Credit & reimbursement:
    After we receive and inspect the returned product, you’ll receive store credits equivalent to the product value + ₹100 (as a flat reimbursement for your courier cost).
  • Store credits will be issued within 7 working days of receiving the product.
  • In case your return request is not approved after inspection, you’ll be notified via email and/or SMS within 7 working days.

Important:

  • Please make sure you’re logged in with the same mobile number used for your order to receive your store credits.
  • To prevent misuse, all return requests go through two levels of approval
  1. Initial approval: after reviewing your email, photos, and videos.
  2. Final approval: after inspecting the returned product.
  • Products bought during ‘SALE’ events are not eligible for returns.

Jewellery Care

How do I take care of my jewellery?
  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and water.
  • Store your jewellery in a dry place, ideally in the pouch provided.
  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth after each use to maintain shine.
  • Avoid exposure to humidity and harsh sunlight.

Each Thrayee piece is handcrafted with care, but just like love and stories, gold plating fades with time - and that’s completely natural.
